Internships:
To assist with projects or to act as an extra pair of hands during busy periods we may seek people, who wish to gain experience in Financial Service as part of their career development, to join the company on a temporary basis as interns. We will keep everyone at CJ updated for when we have internship vacancies, or if you know of a university or school leaver who would be interested in an internship, please let us know. Internships are a paid position, and we usually require an intern to be available for at least a period of 4 weeks.

Work Experience:
As a business we want to support the next generation entering the work force, and one of the best ways we can do that is providing work experience placements for those still in education. Work experience can be for up to 2 weeks and is dependant on offices availability. If you wish to support a young person who know with work experience please contact People Support.

Referral Bonuses:
Financial Adviser: £2,000
Non-Regulated Role: £1,000
Apprentice: £500

To encourage long-term commitment, the bonus will be paid in two parts: half when the candidate passes probation and the remainder after one year of service. To count as a referral, the candidate’s CV must come directly from you, or they can forward it to People Support with your name clearly stated. We’ll then take it from there with the next steps in the recruitment process.
